1. Use Moisturizer
Always use moisturizer, always no matter what skin type. Moisturizer helps your skin be healthier and glow. It also helps your makeup go on flawlessly. Most people think that if you have oily skin you shouldn’t use a moisturizer but your skin can be oily because it is to dry. So test out some moisturizers and see how they work for your skin.
If you have acne or dry flakey skin you should definitely exfoliate. I like to use baking soda because it is not to harsh but it does the job. This helps scrub away dead skin and gives your skin a nice glow.
Use a cream on your acne and acne scars. I use a dermatologist recommended cream or a drying lotion. These help to rid your face of acne and help it clear up.
4. Use a Face Mask
Use a face mask whether it is bought or a DIY one to help get rid of acne and make your skin glow. Use good ingredients like coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and greek yogurt.
5. Makeup Free
Go makeup free for a few days a week or whenever you can. It is nice to give your skin a breather every once in a while, especially while sweating.
Cleanse your face every day using a cleanser that doesn’t irritate your skin, but does keep it clean, glowing, and acne free.
7. Don’t touch
Don’t touch your face throughout the day. The oil from your hands will cause blemishes.
8. Your Diet
Try not to eat junk food or food you know makes you break out. At least try to eat healthier and it will also help your skin.
This is one of the best tips! Drink as much water as you can. This rids your body of the bad things and clears your skin and makes you glow!!
If you feel confident and beautiful you will look confident and beautiful! Even if your skin isn’t the best that’s not what people will focus on. Don’t forget you are beautiful inside and out!
