Hi everyone, sorry I haven’t posted in a bit, life has been busy. Today I will be talking you through my relaxing night routine/pamper night. It is very important to give yourself a break and have a nice relaxing time. But first go follow me on twitter @BlogBriana and subscribe to my Youtube Channel.
The first thing I do to have a relaxing night is to get comfy, so right when I am able to I will change into some comfy sweats and a t shirt.
Take Off Makeup
Next I will remove my makeup and exfoliate my face so I feel clean and refreshed.
I will then use a DIY face mask and leave it on for about 30 minutes. Go read my DIY face mask post for my favorite one.
Using a hair mask is a great way to refresh your hair and keep it healthy. Coconut oil, olive oil, sea salt, and vinegar are great ingredients for your hair mask. I use Pinterest to find the best one.
Once I am all comfy I will finally settle down with a cup of green tea and binge watch my favorite TV shows. My favorites right now are Stranger Things and The 100.
Finally I will get all ready for bed and go to sleep early. You will wake up feeling refreshed and amazing.
