Tips To Help Your Everyday Life Be Better

If you get stressed out easily or have anxiety try reading more. It helps you escape into another world for a bit, which just really helps me relax. It also is just really good for your mind if you read. Some of my favorite books are, uglies, the maze runner and monument 14.

Drink Water

When you drink more water it makes you have more energy and just feel a lot better. It will also help your skin clear up. Why wouldn’t you want to just drink a bit extra and get clear and glowing skin?

Treat Yourself

If you are the type of person who never buys anything for yourself or doesn’t like to spend money… treat yourself to something special occasionally. Make a list of things you want to get sometime whether it is makeup, clothes, spa day, or anything else.

Go Outside

It really helps me be calm and happier when I am outside. I love to go outside and blog or read. I also will get a tan when I am out in the sun. You can also go on a hike or anything that involves being outside. If you have chores to do see if you can do them outside.

Listen To Music

I always love to listen to music when I am driving or doing chores. It makes the boring part of your day a bit better.

Don’t Procrastinate

I know it is SUPER hard but try not to procrastinate. When you do you will get more stressed out and it will just make your day worse. Try to get everything done when you have extra time.


Writing is really good for your metal health. Whether you are writing stories or reflecting on your self it is always good to write. They have cheap journals that have daily questions for you to answer.


I know I am terrible at reading the Bible, but it is important. One habit I want to get into doing is to read the Bible at night as much as I can.


I don’t know if it just me but when my room is clean my mind feels cleaner. So try to keep your room and house as clean as possible throughout the week. Then during the weekend give it a big clean to prepare for the week.


Take a break everyday to give yourself time to relax. It is very important for you to have breathing room in your schedule.

Give Compliments 

Finally give compliments. Not only will this make you feel good but it will also make others feel good. Make it your goal this week to give someone a compliment everyday!

  1. These are awesome tips!! Drinking water especially gives my brain a boost in creativity so I can utilize my time better! Cleaning and organizing are great too. I’m not one to let something sit around for days and not get finished. I hate that feeling! Get it done and out of the way makes me feel so much better!

  2. Couldn’t agree more with treating myself and going outside! I like to treat myself to fancy foods sometime, especially after exams or a stressful week. It helps me get better and happier ^^ and when I’m having writer’s block or in the middle of doing school assignments, I like to take a break and go outside, either to buy something from convenience stores or just taking a walk. Thank you for sharing these tips! x
