Hey everyone! Today I am going to be talking about some of my favorite food and drinks and the moment. But first follow me on Instagram @bbeautyandlifestyle and on twitter @BlogBriana.
Food
Banana Toast
This is one of my favorite breakfasts for summer because it is so easy and quick. All you do is toast some bread, then spread either peanut butter or almond butter (I like the crunchy kind) and add some sliced banana on top. You can also add a sprinkle of chia seed on top.
Smoothie
Another easy meal is a smoothie. I like strawberry smoothies. Normally I put strawberries, banana, protein powder, spinach, milk, ice, and coconut sugar in my smoothies.
Shrimp Stir Fry
If you like sea food then you will definitely like this. First cook some shrimp in butter on the stove. Then add whatever vegetables you like. I only add cut up onion and red peppers. Once they are all mixed together add some spices. I really like to add cajun or any spicier spices, I also add onion powder, salt and pepper.
BBQ Quesadilla
This next meal isn’t the healthiest, but it’s delicious. Basically you make a quesadilla and either add bbq sauce into it, or dip them in them when you are done. You can also add some cooked chicken mixed with bbq sauce into the quesadilla.
Drinks
Infused Water
For days when I am craving a sweet drink from Starbucks I make myself some infused water. Infused water has tons of health benefits and it tastes good also. My favorite combinations are cucumber and strawberry, and lemon and strawberry. Just add this to some ice water and shake it up. I got a cute infused water bottle that makes it super easy to make this from Homegoods.
Raspberry Iced Tea
This is another one of my favorite drinks for summer, especially when infused water isn’t replacing my Starbucks. Get some green tea or mint green tea, either is good, and put a tea bag in about 2 inches of water. Heat this in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Once that is done, add a tea spoon of coconut sugar, and pour this over ice. Fill up your cup 3/4 way with water. Then, if you want add some sugar free raspberry flavoring, or just leave it so it is plain mint iced green tea.
Those are some of my favorite homemade mostly healthy meals. Let me know if you like these types of posts. Please follow me if you aren’t already, and also like this post if you enjoyed! ps answer the question down below!
Question: If you could eat only one meal for the rest of your life what would it be???
I’ve never tried shrimp stirfry, so prtty excited to try this! And one meal for the rest of my life? Sooo tricky! Probably something with chicken and chocolate in it lol.

Lol, ya it’s a hard choice. I think I would also choose something with chicken in it.

I LOVE banana on toast! I find it really satisfying as well, so I snack less when I have it 🙂 x

These sound lush… gosh that question is a tough one though. Because I want to say pizza but at the same time I wouldn’t… maybe roast Sunday lunch? 🤔
Totally trying the banana toast though!
