Hey everyone! Today I am going to show you my summer night routine. Please follow me if you aren’t already!
The first thing I do is eat dinner because I am always hungry lol. If you want to see what I have been eating lately, go read my What I Eat In a Day post. I am a slow eater, so most of the time I will eat while I watch youtube or Netflix. I will normally eat dinner around 6 or 6:30
After dinner I will use a face mask, most of the time I will make my own. One of my favorite recipes is this:
- Indian Healing Clay
- Matcha Powder
- Tea Tree Oil
- Rose Hip Seed Oil
This really helps moisturize my skin and make it look really glowy. If I am having issues with acne, I will use my tea tree oil face mask from The Body Shop.
Relax & Youtube
While the face mask is sitting on my face I will watch some youtube. Lately I have been loving SadieSaysHey and Shane Dawson. I will normally have the face mask on for about an hour.
After the face mask has dried and sat on my face for a while, I will take a shower. If you want to see the products that I use in the shower, please let me know. I will also do my whole skincare routine and haircare routine.
I will then get dressed into some comfy clothes. I also brush my teeth (if you want to see a natural way to whiten your teeth let me know and I can do a post on it.) and get all ready for bed.
After I am all ready for bed I will settle down and watch some Netflix. Lately I have been obsessed with Grey’s Anatomy. I will usually watch this until around 12.
Finally, I will go to bed. Usually I go to bed around midnight. But I couldn’t forget that I always get some licks and cuddles from my cat, while I am trying to fall asleep.
