Hey everyone! Today I am going to be giving you some tips to get glowing healthy skin for summer! Also please follow me if you aren’t already!
The first thing you definitely should do is drink a ton of water. Not only is this going to help your skin glow from the inside, but it is also just good for you. Infused water is also good for your skin. Just add fruit to your water, like lemons or strawberries.
Make sure you are eating food that is good for you. Try to notice if certain foods make your skin look worse. Sugar makes my skin break out a ton. Try to cut out these foods and all junk food from your diet and your skin will thank you!
If you really want nice skin, either wear a very light amount of makeup or none. I haven’t really been wearing makeup since it is summer and my skin looks so much better. It now has a more even skin tone and just looks so much better.
Tone your skin right after you wash your face. Right now I am testing out a diy vinegar toner. This helps balance your skin out and will also help give you a more even skin tone.
Exfoliate your skin at least once or twice a week. This will help scrub all of the dead skin off of your face and expose the healthy skin beneath. I use baking soda as an exfoliator because it is good for sensitive skin.
I always find I have better luck using natural products. So if you haven’t seen results give some natural products a try. They will most likely help get your skin clear and glowy.
You should definitely try one of my favorite DIY face mask to achieve glowy skin:
- Indian Healing Clay
- Tea Tree Oil
- Rose Hip Oil
- Matcha Powder
Next I am going to give you a list of products that I think help me get glowing skin.
First is the Advanced Clinicals Tea Tree Oil Serum. This stuff is amazing for basically any type of skin. I use it to moisturize and clear my acne prone skin and also to help moisturize my dry sensitive skin.
Next is Rose Hip Oil for glowing skin. I use this to moisturize all over my face. This is best for normal to dry skin because it is a bit heavier that the tea tree oil.
Rose Water Spray is also a must for me. This is great for a refreshing mist or just a light toner. It gives you a really nice glowy look over your makeup as well.
Hopefully these tips and products help your skin GLOW! Please like and comment if you enjoyed this post, thank you so much for reading! -Briana
