My Shower Routine!

Hey everyone! Today I am going to be showing everything I use in the shower. Please follow me if you aren’t already and enjoy!

The first thing I use is the beauty and planet shampoo and conditioner. There quite a few different shampoos and conditioners for different types of hair. I use the Ylang Ylang shampoo and the Shea Butter and Sandalwood conditioner (which smells sooooo good). I really like this brand and what they stand for. They work really well with my hair by cleaning it but not stripping it of all of the natural oil. I only put the conditioner on the ends of my hair.

The next thing I do is to shave and clean my body while the conditioner is sitting on my hair. I use the Victoria Secret Pomegranate Soap to shave and the Dove Soap to cleanse. I really like the cream wash because it feels so moisturizing, but the Dove soap does also work as a shaving cream.

Then I clean my face. Most of the time I use the Philosophy Purity Cleanser at the very beginning of my shower. Then after I shave I will gently scrub my face with some baking soda. After that I use the Alba Botanica Deep Pore Wash on the parts of my face that usually break out.

Once I am out of the shower I just apply this Beauty and Planet leave in conditioner on the ends of my hair. I also follow with my skincare routine. My whole shower routine usually takes about 15 or 20 minutes.

I have really been wanting to try the Glossier Milk Jelly Cleanser. I just wanted to know if you guys have tried it and if you think it is worth the money. Please let me know!

That was my shower routine! I hope you enjoyed! Please like and comment if you did! Thank you so much for reading!   -Briana

Question: How long does it take you to take a shower??

  1. I live in South Africa where we’re currently experiencing a water shortage to the point that we had a count down to day zero. Hence, my shower routine takes about 10minutes to save water.
I enjoyed reading your post, keep up the good work 🙂

    1. Thank you! Where I live it depends on how much water my neighbors use. Right now we don’t have to try to save water, which is nice 😊
