Hey everyone! Today I am going to show you what I eat in a day! I try to eat healthy, but obviously I can’t eat healthy all of the time so just know that. Please follow me if you aren’t already and enjoy!
B r e a k f a s t
For breakfast today I had some pomegranates, a Belvita, and half of a cinnamon raisin bagel. I love pomegranates, they are so pretty and they taste great. Not only do they taste great but they are super good for you. They have a lot of antioxidants and vitamins. The Belvita I ate was the cinnamon and sugar one which was pretty good. Obviously these aren’t super great for you, but I like to have them with other food for breakfast. The bagel I ate was more for pleasure than for health, but it was super good.
S n a c k
For a snack throughout the day I had a little bit of general tso’s chicken, which is kind of random but it is good. I also had some peppermint tea which is one of my favorites at this time of the year.
L u n c h
For lunch I mostly had some snacks stuff. In the picture I had some Annie’s fruit snacks, two peppers, raspberries, and an everything bagel with everything but the bagel seasoning on it. I also had some clam strips, but I was too hungry to get a picture of them lol.
D i n n e r
For dinner I had McDonalds, which I normally don’t have. I normally eat a lot healthier at dinner time, but my family was sick and didn’t want to make anything and I was busy. I got a chicken bacon sandwich, some fries, and a mcflurry. Just to give you some ideas for dinner because I know that’s why people like these posts, the following night I had a Cesar salad.
