Hey everyone! Today I am going to be showing you what I eat in a day. As you may have heard, the other day I was sick from eating too much junk food lol. I am now trying really hard to be healthy. Anyways, it would mean a lot if you subscribed and enjoy!
Ok, so quick explanation for breakfast. I haven’t had much of an appetite lately and I have also been staying up late and sleeping in. This means that I don’t eat until a little after 12 which is lunch. If I do eat something I will normally eat a One donut protein bar. They are gluten free, taste great, and also healthy.
For lunch I had an acai bowl and a few California rolls which weren’t in the picture. In the Acai bowl I put a few slices of banana, acai powder mix, stevia, blueberries, spinach, oat milk, ice and then I put some fruit and chia seed on top. It was super yummy and healthy!
For dinner, it wasn’t as healthy as the rest of the day. We went over to a friends house and they prepared dinner for us (please excuse the camera quality). I had a hamburger, a lot of potato chips lol, beans, and some shrimp macaroni salad. For dinner, I usually have what ever my family has but normally it is healthier than this. For example, we had scallops yesterday with a lot of vegetables.
Finally, I like to snack through out the day. Today I had some cashews, red peppers and pork jerky. I also like to snack on fruit like grapes or raspberries in between meals.
